Broadly understood gambling is an example of an industry that has to deal with multiple constraints in Poland. To do business in the field of gambling you need permission. Moreover limitations is the wide ban on advertising and promotion. Gambling issues are governed by the provisions of the Gambling Activity Act of 19 November 2009.
